BGSO's Outreach Committee

This group is primarily responsible for community outreach such as advertising for the orchestra’s events, as well as reaching out to potential sources of membership.

Responsibilities:

1. Finding and keeping a list of places to post flyers, and ensuring flyering happens prior to events.
2. Advertising our program, such as in area schools or within other music programs with the permission of said entities via flyering or other informative documentation, such as submitting to a newsletter.
3. Finding online media that advertisements can be posted on and ensuring such happens on a regular basis.  
4. Searching for ad swap opportunities and relaying information to the Executive Director to reach out in an official capacity.
